Pricing
I often wonder what motivates people who are trying to sell something. They put an ad in the paper and fail to list the selling price. Are they lonely and want people to phone just to inquire about the price. Perhaps, they don’t know what to sell it for and are afraid to name a price wanting you to put it an offer, maybe it’ll be a really good offer. I’ll never know because I won’t call to find out what the price is.
Bit of a catch 22 they have going on there.
I think it’d be fun to put in something like a lawn rake and put it at price that’s just crazy… like $200 bucks. Just to see if anyone calls.

Maybe the assume that if you have to ask, you can’t afford it. Much like the restaurants that have food so expensive they don’t list the price.
