I did a gradual back to work last week and for the most part it went quite well. I am going to miss sleeping in, having easy mornings, reading a lot and most of all hanging with Bailey all day long. It sure is hurting today ~ a dull ache. I am a little concerned about returning to work because my job is so physical and I don't want to wreck my knee again. I think going to the PPWC convention this past week was the best thing for my knee as it kept me seated all day long for four days in a row. Yesterday I did some house work which of course puts a little weight on your knee . . . I am paying for it now. It is now March 27 and I have one more week off of work for my knee to heal.
